Republican congressional candidate Lombardo released a new ad for his campaign to oust U.S. Rep. Gaetz in Florida’s 1st Congressional District.
The 30-second spot takes aim at Gaetz while highlighting Lombardo’s West Florida roots. “When I was living in a trailer in Pensacola, flying combat missions in Vietnam or helping grow FedEx into an American icon, I never thought I’d run for Congress … “ he says, adding that Gaetz can “no longer get the job done.”
The campaign has made a $51,000 media buy to air the ad June 21-27 on broadcast and on Fox News throughout the district.
