The Florida Fraternal Order of Police is backing Bay County Commissioner Griff Griffitts in the race for House District 6.
“We believe that Griff will be a strong advocate for the law enforcement community in the Florida House,” said Florida FOP President Steve Zona. “He has a heart for Florida, and we are confident that he will lead District 6 with strength, and we are proud to endorse his campaign for State Representative.”
Griffitts faces Brian Clowdus in the Republican Primary. No other candidates qualified for the race, so all voters are eligible to vote in the Aug. 23 Primary.
