Eglin Air Force Base will host the 35th annual Gate to Gate Memorial Day Run/Walk Monday.
The early and late registration periods have already expired. But those interested in joining can still register on the day of the event for $55, though cash will not be accepted.
The race kicks off at 7 a.m. and runs through noon. Participants must be in place by 6:30 a.m. at the corner of Chinquapin Drive and Eglin Boulevard.
A free kids run will also be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday. Free food and drinks will be available following the event.
