Sen. Doug Broxson has released a new campaign ad as the Aug. 23 Primary Election approaches.
The 30-second spot, called “Winning,” boasts his legislative victories and features images of Democratic Congresswomen Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez with the narrator referring to them as “woke liberals.”
“Broxson is running for reelection to stand with Gov. (Ron) DeSantis against Joe Biden and Washington’s woke liberals to protect Florida and our constitutional freedom,” the ad says.
The Gulf Breeze Republican is running against challenger John Mills in the Primary to represent Senate District 1, which covers Escambia, Santa Rosa and northern Okaloosa counties.
