Eglin Federal Credit Union to add DeFuniak Springs branch

The Eglin Federal Credit Union is expanding to DeFuniak Springs.

Two drive-thru ATMs will be installed on the property at 677 U.S. Hwy. 90. During regular business hours, members of the credit union can talk to a live teller through video.

A full-service branch of the Eglin Federal Credit Union will be designed and built by the Lamacchia Group. The group also designed and built other branches of EFCU.

Construction is expected to begin in late 2023 or early 2024.

People who live, work or attend school or church in seven geographic areas in Walton County are eligible to become members.
