Pensacola attorney Aaron McCurdy was appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis to the First Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
McCurdy is a lawyer for Lloyd, Gray, Whitehead & Monroe P.C. His background includes defending insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insureds, the state of Florida, county organizations as well as professional employer organizations.
Before joining the firm McCurdy represented clients in general liability claims, employment claims and workers’ compensation among other business-related litigation.
McCurdy earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and his law degree from Liberty University School of Law. He is appointed for a term ending July 1, 2023.
