A Pensacola man struck gold this week after buying a winning scratch off ticket in Pensacola.
Ralph Cole won the $1,000 A WEEK scratch-off game and opted to receive a lump sum of $930,000.
“I’m going to get a Harley!” Cole told lotto officials. “Actually, I’m going to fix up my wife’s old Mustang. It’s beautiful, bright yellow, and she loved it.”
Cole purchased the ticket at a Circle K fast station in Pensacola. The store will receive a $2,000 bonus. The price of the ticket: $2.
According to state officials, 75% of ticket sales help fund education in Florida.
