Ditch plastic for good at Earth Day Pensacola’s Bag Swap event

by carlislewillard

Keep Pensacola Beautiful hosts its fourth Bag Swap event at this year’s Earth Day Pensacola at Bayview Park Saturday, April 23.

From 10 a.m.-4 p.m., visitors are invited to ditch single-use plastic and trade in a bundle of used plastic bags for a reusable canvas tote provided by Innisfree Hotels.

Keep Pensacola Beautiful seeks to keep Escambia County a beautiful place to live, work and play by providing education and resources for sustained community improvements. The organization is a Gold Guidestar Nonprofit partner and Florida Department of Transportation grant recipient.

Sign their pledge to stop using plastic bags today.
