Strip club to Brazilian restaurant transformation planned in Okaloosa County

by Margaret Willard

Club 51, a strip club in Mary Esther, will soon undergo a transformation.

Northwest Florida Daily News reports the old adult entertainment establishment will soon become a Brazilian restaurant. The strip club closed in 2018.

“I have now taken the Club 51 Adult Entertainment License off the office wall and plan to keep it as a sentimental souvenir,” Tim Beal, the strip club owner, told the newspaper.

Beal and the co-owner, Tim Galvin, first purchased the strip club in 2004. The price tag: $384,000.

Per the newspaper, the pair declined several previous offers. They own other adult entertainment establishments in the area.
