Anna Upton, the General Counsel for the Everglades Foundation, has been reappointed to her seat on the Northwest Florida Water Management District Governing Board, the Governor’s office announced Friday.
Upton, also the Vice President of the Foundation’s Government Affairs efforts, has been on the water management district’s board since 2021.
The Tallahassee resident serves in the board’s at-large seat, representing all of the district’s basins.
A Stetson School of Law graduate, Upton was awarded the Girl Scout Gold Award and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for her work in business litigation, environmental litigation, civil litigation defense and labor law.
